Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellation
If you would like to cancel a lesson with me, you need to cancel the lesson 24 hours in advance in order to receive a refund. Should you cancel your lesson less than 24 hours in advance, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
Absence
If you do not attend a lesson and you do not notify me that you cannot attend the lesson you will NOT be refunded. When you don’t arrive for a lesson which I was expecting would take place, I don’t go out for coffee or phone a friend for a chat. I work on new lesson plans and I do administrative tasks.
Rescheduling
You are welcome to reschedule a lesson with me up to 24 hours before the lesson starts as per my availability.
I will help you become fluent and confident when you speak English to your international colleagues and friends.
